PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaking device of a container usable for measuring breaking strength of the container and a method for measuring the breaking strength of the container.;SOLUTION: A breaking device 10 of a container 20 having an opening 21 on its top comprises: a table 1 on which the container 20 is placed when breaking the container 20; an opening contact part 2 which contacts an opening end 21a of the opening 21 when breaking the container 20; a load loading device (hydraulic cylinder 3 in Fig.1) for moving the table 1 and/or the opening contact part 2 in a direction in which the table 1 and the opening contact part 2 approach each other for placing a load between the opening end 21a and a bottom surface 22 of the container 20 when breaking the container 20; and an impact applying device (impact applying part 4 and pneumatic cylinder 4 in Fig.1) for adding an impact from a side of the container 20 to a container wall 23 of the container 20 when breaking the container 20.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
