PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position discrimination device which can discriminate that a moving body is located in which of two or more road faces existing in parallel with one another on the basis of the reception of signals in a frequency band of broad casting, a position discrimination method and a position discrimination program.;SOLUTION: A position discrimination device 40 comprises a reception state acquisition part 41, a variation amount calculation part 42 and a road face discrimination part 44. The reception state acquisition part 41 acquires a reception state of a first signal to be received, and a reception state of a second signal in a frequency band of a broadcasting which is different from a GPS signal in a band. The variation amount calculation part 42 calculates a variation amount of the reception state of the second signal.
