PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper capable of easily switching a rotor (2) from a nonrotatable state to a rotatable state, even in a case where large torque is applied to the rotor (2).;SOLUTION: In a fixation member (4) installed so as to surround an outer periphery of a rotor (2), a fixation gear (24) is formed; in a planetary gear body (6) engaging with the fixation member (24), a projection part (36) is provided; in a space part (44) into which the projection part (36) is inserted, the rotor (2) is provided; on an edge part of the space part (44), a cam surface (46) is formed so as to change a distance between itself and an outer peripheral surface of the projection part (36); and with operation means (9), predetermined friction force is imparted to a carrier body (8) pivoting the planetary gear body (6), in a cancellable manner.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
