PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory device for a cutting machine integrally having a loader function of a material sheet and an unloader function of a product sheet and halving the installation area compared to conventional equipment equipped with a loader and an unloader.;SOLUTION: A loader/unloader device conveys a cut sheet to a receiving and loading place while covering the lower surface side of the sheet by using a thin film like cloth, and next, since the loading is completed by automatically withdrawing the membrane under the sheet in the loaded state, can effectively prevent removal of the cut portion.
