PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management device for a crew member capable of notifying accurate information related to health management to a crew member in a vehicle.SOLUTION: A health management device 100 for a crew member comprises: a measurement instrument 21 for measuring the health state of a crew member in a vehicle to acquire biological information; a suggestion determination part 13 for determining suggestions to notify the crew member out of a plurality of suggestions related to health management of the crew member which are containing reception of medical examination in a medical institution and medicine purchase at a store selling medicine, on the basis of the biological information acquired by the measurement instrument 21; and a display part 26 and a speaker 27 for notifying the suggestions determined by the suggestion determination part 13 to the crew member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
