PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument or an intraocular lens insertion system capable of easily injecting an intraocular lens.;SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion instrument inserts a deformable intraocular lens including an optical portion 2 and support portions 3A and 3B extending outward from a peripheral part of the optical portion and having the front face facing a cornea side in the eye, into the eye by progressing a rod-like pushing member 280 in a cylindrical insertion portion 120 having an opening at the distal end, toward the distal end of a pushing shaft A.
