PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high intensity focused ultrasound treatment method (HIFU), which is a cancer treatment method in which a side effect is suppressed.;SOLUTION: An HIFU treatment device includes an ultrasonic irradiation device 1 for applying an ultrasonic wave having convergence properties like the one used in a high intensity focused ultrasound treatment method at a focus overlapping with a treatment place, and an ultrasonic monitoring device 3 for monitoring the ultrasonic wave irradiated from the ultrasonic irradiation device.
