PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system and a remote game management method capable of properly managing the termination of a game, when the game machine is operated remotely.;SOLUTION: When a game player accesses a management device 60 using a game player terminal device 50 and selects a game machine 20 of any game parlor, the management device 60 selects the termination condition (S1), notifies the termination condition to a remote control execution device 10 juxtaposed to the target game machine 20, and the remote control execution device 10 sets the termination condition to the device itself (S2). Thereafter, the remote control execution device 10 controls operation of the game machine 20 on the basis of operation data received from the game player terminal device 50, and performs a game control for transmitting result data indicating the game result to the game player terminal device 50 via the management device 60 (S3).
