PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a false answer or an arbitrary answer of an examinee, and measure a perception threshold (flicker value) with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A control unit 4 performs provisional perception threshold measurement and reliability determination measurement. In the provisional perception threshold measurement, the control unit 4 makes multiple LEDs 21 blink by varying frequency mutually in a 1 Hz pitch and makes an examinee P answer the LED 21 having the frequency fof the upper limit capable of discriminating a blink. In the reliability determination measurement, the control unit 4 divides multiple LEDs 21 into left and right two groups, blinks the LED 21 of a first group (left side group) in frequency of (f-1), blinks the LED 21 of a second group (right side group) in the frequency (50 Hz) in which the examinee P cannot discriminate the blink, and makes the examinee P answer like the provisional perception threshold measurement. In the reliability determination measurement, the control unit 4 outputs the frequency fas a perception threshold when the LED 21 disposed in the boundary between the first group and the second group is answered, and performs re-measurement other than that.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
