PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the number of related facilities according to service contents and communication systems which change with time and properly manage a budget.SOLUTION: A budget management system allocates a budget to a plurality of management object facilities and manages it, using a management server 2 which is disposed on a communication network 3, information processing terminals 1a-c,4,5 which can be connected to the management server 2, and an information processing terminal 5 as an integrated management terminal to be used by a responsible person at the headquarters CB who conducts the integrated management of the budget. The management server 2 has a base station database which stores a list of management objects in which the current status of each base station is recorded, a budget request acquisition unit which accepts budget requests related to the management object facilities through the information processing terminals 1a-c, and a request confirmation unit which checks budget application forms and the validity of application contents through the information processing terminal 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
