To provide a beverage containing an extract of a roasted germinated barley and capable of inhibiting floc from being formed, and a method for inhibiting floc from being formed in a beverage.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a packed grain tea beverage containing an extract of grain containing a roasted germinated barley and having a content of 1.5 to 9.5 ppm of raffinose, EBC of 10 or more and a turbidity (A720) of 0.04 or more. The present invention further relates to a method for inhibiting floc by controlling a content of raffinose and a turbidity (A720) in a tea beverage containing an extract of a roasted grain subjected to a germination treatment from being formed in the beverage.SELECTED DRAWING: None
