To enable measurement of a liquid sample in a case of performing measurement with an upper surface irradiation type X-ray fluorescence analyzer, wherein a small amount of liquid sample cannot be measured and the small liquid sample cannot drip-dry.SOLUTION: A sample holder for X-ray fluorescence analyzer comprises: a first substrate having a support substrate having a hole where a liquid sample is arranged, a first resin film bonded to a surface on an X-ray incident side of the support substrate so as to cover the hole, and an adhesive layer provided on a rear face of a surface of the support substrate to which the first resin film is bonded; and a second substrate that has a stationary substrate having a hole, wherein this hole is positioned correspondingly to the hole the support substrate has, and a second resin film bonded to an X-ray incident surface of the stationary substrate, and that is bonded to the first substrate via the adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
