PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bending part of a liquid transportation tube from being deformed or deteriorated due to a centrifugal force, occurring during the operation of a high-speed countercurrent chromatograph device.SOLUTION: A high-speed countercurrent chromatograph device comprises one or several coil tube drums each including a planet gear; a center axis side first liquid transportation port including a fixed gear interlocked with the planet gears of the coil tube drums; and a second liquid transportation port provided on the revolution axis of the planet gears. Regarding a liquid transportation tube for transporting liquid between the coil tube drums and the first liquid transportation port and the second liquid transportation port, a part requiring the bending of the liquid transportation tube is provided with a tube guard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
