PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve the accuracy of fatigue life analysis in a windmill power generator.SOLUTION: The fatigue life analysis apparatus of a windmill power generator of one embodiment has the following configuration. A wind condition information acquisition section acquires wind condition information indicating an average of wind speeds and the change in the wind speeds measured during a fixed period on a site of the windmill power generator. A fatigue damage calculation section calculates a fatigue damage amount of blades of the windmill power generator on the basis of the wind condition information. A strain information acquisition section acquires information representing strains at predetermined parts of the windmill power generator measured during a predetermined period. A first and second load information calculation sections respectively calculate averages of the loads applied to the blades and the first and second load information indicating the change in the load during a certain period on the basis of the information representing the strain and the wind condition information. A fatigue damage correction section corrects the fatigue damage amount on the basis of the first and second load information. A fatigue damage integration section accumulates a plurality of respectively corrected fatigue damage amounts in units of a fixed period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
