To provide a medical examination reservation date management support system capable of easily making reservations for medical treatment days while suppressing the number of remaining medications and suppressing occurrence of drug deficiency.SOLUTION: The medical examination reservation date management support system is a medical examination reservation date management support system for supporting a patient requiring administration of drugs to determine the next medical examination reservation date. The medical examination reservation date management support system comprises: a remaining drug days estimation part which is configured to calculate estimated remaining drug days estimated that the patient will have at point of the present date of medication reception on the basis of the last medication administration date on the previous medical examination day of the patient and the number of days from the last medication receiving date to this medication receiving date; and a reservation date setting section which is configured to present one or multiple days depending on the total days between the present dosing days and estimated remaining administration days has passed since this medicine receiving date as the next medical treatment candidate day at the point of this medical treatment day.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
