PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate brokerage business support system capable of executing the brokerage of a real estate property in a remote place via verbal speech using a telephone set that a user gets used to and the transmission of a video using a computer different from the telephone set.SOLUTION: A real estate brokerage business support system 1 includes: a user browsing terminal 60 that a user uses; an agent terminal 40 that a real estate agent uses; a user telephone set 70 connected via a network 2 that the user uses; an agent terminal 50 that the real estate agent uses; and management servers 10, 20, 30 connected via a telephone network 3 for generating a property page including a connection identifier including a user terminal identifier and an agent identifier, and for establishing a voice channel between the user telephone set 70 and the agent telephone set 50 and a video channel between the user browsing terminal 60 and the agent terminal 40 on the basis of the connection identifier input to the user telephone set 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
