PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report generator capable of highly efficiently performing generation work of an inspection report of power generation equipment, a power generation equipment inspection system, a program, and a method for generating an inspection report of the wind power generation equipment.SOLUTION: A wind power generation equipment inspection system 1 includes a report generator 6 that acquires an image captured by a camera 3 attached to an unmanned flight body 2, with a part of wind power generation equipment 4 defined an observation object, acquires flight position information of the unmanned flight body 2, and associates the image with the flight position information. Further, when an image including the observation object such as damage is selected, the report generator acquires the position information of the observation object on the basis of the flight position information associated with the selected image, and generates and outputs an inspection report 75 including at least the image and the position information of the observation object included in the image. This configuration can easily generate the inspection report with which a user can clearly acquire the image and the position of the damage or the like included in the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
