PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing loan condition change system, a housing loan condition change method, and a housing loan condition change program, capable of flexibly coping with diversification of ideas in regard to financial assets, real estates and the like of the elderly.;SOLUTION: A housing loan condition change system 100 for changing a condition of an existing housing loan to that of a principal payment deferred type housing loan, includes: principal-on-condition-change-day-acquisition means 11 for acquiring a principal outstanding amount of the existing housing loan or an amount calculated by subtracting an initial payment on a condition change day from the principal outstanding amount of the existing housing loan as a principal on the condition change day; principal-on-final-payment-day-acquisition means 12 for acquiring an amount specified to be within an amount calculated on the basis of a warranty amount, as a principal on the final payment day; and payment amount calculation means 13 for calculating a payment amount of the principal payment deferred type housing loan on the basis of the principal on the condition change day and the principal on the final payment day.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
