PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a secret of a document including a declinable word that is used in text processing of document data.SOLUTION: In a Japanese text processing system, a processing device 103 causes: a processing direction determination unit 106 to determine, based on processing direction data of input data stored in a storage device, a processing direction as to whether a content of document data is in a direction of information-concealing or a direction of returning information concealment; a morpheme analysis unit 107 to decompose each part of speech included in the document data by morphological analysis and store a part-of-speech type of the decomposed part of speech and a utilization type for a used part-of-speech in conversion temporary storage data 114; a one-to-one conversion unit 108 to determine, when the stored part of speech is determined as a noun, the part of speech after conversion on the basis of a correspondence table; and a utilization conversion unit 109 to convert, when the part of speech is determined to be an adjective or a verb, the verb or the adjective in accordance with the correspondence table in a form that maintains an inflected form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
