To provide a DC-DC converter capable of suppressing output voltage fluctuation while performing dead time change control for reducing a switching loss of the DC-DC converter, and a power supply system with the same.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises an input terminal, an output terminal, multiple semiconductor switching elements, and a control circuit which controls dead times among the multiple switching elements. A DC-DC converter is characterized in that, in a power supply system where a device that is different from the DC-DC converter is present, at least one dead time among the multiple switching elements can be changed based on operation information of the device that is different from the DC-DC converter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
