PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any excessive step from being made so that it becomes possible to keep the step within the acceptable range even when a wheel load from a vehicle is exerted on a connection part between an RC floor slab and a steel floor slab.;SOLUTION: A connection structure between an RC floor slab and a steel floor slab adjacent to each other, comprises a joint panel 20 arranged to be extended on upper surfaces of both end parts 60A, 70A of the RC floor slab 60 and the steel floor slab 70 adjacent to each other.
