PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify settlement of an affiliated store, bank transfer, an accounting system, etc., and dissolve the complexity of a business, by using an immediate withdrawal function which is the feature of a debit card, and paying to the affiliated store together with immediate direct debit from a customer.;SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit 33 comprises a credit determination unit, a use amount account withdrawing unit, an affiliated store retrieval unit, a settlement amount calculation unit, and an affiliated store account transfer unit. The credit determination unit determines credit, when the credit of a card user is received from an affiliated store, makes a permission response to the affiliated store side, when a use amount is not beyond a credit limit, and instructs withdrawal of the use charge, to the use amount account withdrawing unit. The use amount account withdrawing unit withdraws the use amount from a card user account, when receiving instructions of the credit determination unit. The calculation unit calculates the settlement amount in accordance with an affiliated store commission rate of the affiliated store retrieved in the affiliated store retrieval unit, when the use amount has been withdrawn in the use amount account withdrawing unit. The use amount account withdrawing unit transfers the settlement amount to an affiliated store account, upon reception of the settlement amount.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
