PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide efficient interpretation services depending on users' situations.;SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 establishes call line communication with a server device 20 on receiving an interpretation request, and transmits voice data from a guard S and a foreigner F to the server device 20. The server device 20 determines urgency and a language type from the voice data, selects an interpreter T1 well-versed to various languages if the urgency is high, causes a machine translation server 60 to perform machine translation if the urgency is low, and in the cases of other than those, selects an interpreter suitable for the urgency and the language type, establishes a call line between an interpreter terminal 50 of the selected interpreter and the mobile terminal 10, and has interpretation performed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
