PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out engine room layout making common layout of equipment laid out in the engine room in different vessels as well as reducing cost for a piping system connecting equipment.;SOLUTION: A method for engine room equipment layout for making common layout of the equipment laid out in an engine room in different vessels includes: a module generation step (step S100) for generating the module by dividing equipment laid out in the engine room into common equipment laid out in common in different vessels and selective equipment selectively laid out in different vessels; a module layout plan generation step (step S200) for generating a plurality of module layout plans by laying out the generated module in the engine room; and a module layout plan selection step (step S300) for selecting a layout plan based on the cost of a piping system connecting the equipment from the generated module layout plans.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
