To provide a learning object extraction device, method, and program for extracting learning object data of a retrieval system that enables natural sentence search.SOLUTION: Provided are a natural sentence storage unit configured to store natural sentences including searchable known questions, a natural sentence classification unit configured to compare question data requested to be searched with the natural sentences and classify the question data, a question and answer storage unit configured to store the known questions and answers, a natural sentence search unit configured to execute the natural sentence classification unit based on the question data and output a search result, an answer extraction unit configured to extract an answer from the search result, an answer output unit configured to search the question and answer storage unit based on keyword data and output an answer, a learning object determination unit configured to determine whether an extraction result obtained by extracting an answer corresponding to the question data and the question data are learning objects from the output result output from the answer extraction unit and the answer output unit, and a learning object extraction unit configured to extract the extraction result and the question data as learning object data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
