To provide a technique which is effective as noise countermeasures even when a plurality of oscillators whose oscillation frequencies are same or in proximity is mounted on an electronic circuit board at a position physically close to each other.SOLUTION: A ground layer closest to signal terminals 21a and 21b of an oscillator 20 is a first ground electrode configuration in which a region overlapping with the signal terminals 21a and 21b in plan view is set to a non-formation region of a ground electrode. A ground layer closest to a first wiring connecting the signal terminals 21a and 21b of the oscillator 20 and an input portion 31 of an amplifier 30 is a second ground electrode configuration in which a region overlapping with the first wiring in plan view is set to the non-formation region of the ground electrode. A ground layer closest to a second wiring connecting the signal terminals 21a and 21b of the oscillator 20 and an output portion 32 of the amplifier 30 is a third ground electrode configuration in which a region overlapping with the second wiring in plan view is set to the non-formation region of the ground electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
