To enable quantifying a concentration of chloride ions in cured concrete easily, quickly, and at a low cost compared with a conventional method.SOLUTION: A chloride ion concentration of a concrete sample to be evaluated is configured to be calculated (S11) by applying a wavelength (S10) based on an emission intensity according to an emission line of the titanium/iron (S8, S9) emission intensity of chlorine calculated by using only the data of the spectral intensity of the spectral intensity data according to the wavelength (S7) for the concrete sample to be evaluated to a regression equation representing the relationship between the chloride ion concentration and chlorine emission intensity calculated by using only the combined data (S3, S4) selected based on the emission intensity according to the emission line of titanium/iron to the regression equation (S5, S6) representing the relationship between chloride ion concentration and chlorine emission intensity of the combined data (S1, S2) of chloride ion concentration of concrete samples and spectral intensity according to the wavelength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
