PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact determination method capable of correctly determining an event accompanied by impact according to the position of a vehicle and the acceleration of the vehicle.;SOLUTION: An impact determination method is an impact determination method executed by an impact determination device of a vehicle. The impact determination device executes: a position acquisition step for acquiring a vehicle position, which is the position of the vehicle; a vehicle speed acceleration acquisition step for acquiring the acceleration of the vehicle; and an impact determination step for determining the acceleration using different thresholds according to the vehicle positions acquired in the position acquisition step, and determining whether or not an impact is applied to the vehicle.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
