To provide a cooling structure of a fire grate in a refuse incinerator, which although having a simple structure, can cool a fire grate efficiently.SOLUTION: A fire grate 10 placed on support shafts C1 and D1 horizontally mounted on a support frame is a structure for cooling a fire grate in a refuse incinerator equipped with a stoker mechanism arranged along a refuse conveyance direction, wherein air passages 20C and 20D for guiding a cooling medium supplied from the outside to each of the support shafts C1 and D1 are formed along each shaft center, and openings 21C and 21D communicating with the air passages 20C and 20D and configured to inject the cooling medium toward the inner surface of each fire grate 10 are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
