To improve efficiency of foreign work in storage facilities of marine transportation cargo.SOLUTION: A foreign work management system 10 comprises: a control unit 20; a reception unit 12 for receiving a transportation vehicle visiting cargo storage facilities to acquire reception information; a transportation vehicle guidance unit 14 for guiding the transportation vehicle to a site and a work site of the cargo storage facilities; a work instruction unit 16 for instructing a work site job based on the reception information to a worker at the work site; and a web unit 18 for displaying a situation of foreign work on the Internet based on work situation information created by the control unit 20. Thus, it is possible to improve efficiency of the foreign work in storage facilities of marine transportation cargo by executing various work for managing the foreign work such as guidance of the transport vehicle by the transport vehicle guidance unit 14, an instruction to the work site by the work instruction unit 16, and display of a situation of the foreign work by the web unit 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
