To provide a driving support system which distributes educational information effective for improving driving to a driver even in a case where a driver or a vehicle is changed, a driving support method and a server computer for the driving support system.SOLUTION: A driving support system 1 includes: a portable terminal 20 which is mounted on a vehicle 16 and comprises a function for detecting driving information 22 of a driver 15; and a server computer 2 which is communicable with the portable terminal 20 over the Internet. The server computer 2 comprises: driving information storage means 3 for storing the driving information 22 that is detected by the portable terminal 20; a safety driving content 5 storing multiple pieces of educational information 6 corresponding to the predetermined driving information 22; and a Mobility Frontier 8 which analyzes the driving information 22 obtained from the driving information storage means 3 and selects corresponding educational information 6 from the safety driving content 5 on the basis of a result of the analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
