To provide a medical data retrieval system, method, and program that achieve browsing control of personal information and medical data corresponding to users' attribute information.SOLUTION: A disclosure range of personal information is embedded into a personal retrieval ID 511, a personal encryption ID 512, and encrypted personal information 513 stored in a personal information storage unit. A disclosure range of medical data is embedded in a medical retrieval ID and a medical encryption ID stored in a medical data storage unit. A retrieval query generation unit generates a retrieval query Q by embedding a user's attribute information into a retrieval anonymity ID of a retrieval target acquired from the user and then encrypting resulting information. Then, a retrieval unit uses the retrieval query Q to perform secret retrieval on the personal retrieval ID 511 and medical retrieval ID 521. The retrieval unit outputs a retrieval result acquired on the basis of the user's attribute information, the disclosure range of personal information, and the disclosure range of medical data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
