To calculate a remaining manufacturing instruction quantity needed to deliver non-defective finished products as many as ordered on the basis of a stock state and a friction defective of a manufacturing item having been ordered.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manufacturing instruction quantity calculation device 100 which calculates a manufacturing instruction quantity of a manufacturing item having been ordered. A storage unit 106 comprises an item master 106a which stores at least a fraction defective and order reception data of information associated with manufacture of each manufacturing item, and a stock information storage unit 106b which stores stock information on current stock quantities, in-process product stock quantities, component stock quantities, etc., for each manufacturing item. A control unit 102 comprises a received order input unit 102a which accepts input of order reception data and stores the same in the item master 106a, and a manufacturing instruction quantity calculation unit 102c which calculates from the fraction defective a manufacturing instruction quantity needed to manufacture non-defective products as many as a remaining quantity after the current stock quantity is reserved for the received-order quantity of the order reception data and a non-defective finished product estimated quantity calculated from the in-process stock quantity and fractional defective is reserved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
