To provide methods for producing an anti-tumor agent that can provide an anti-tumor agent having an excellent anti-tumor effect against cancer dependent on human cancer type Kras gene expression.SOLUTION: By adding purified water in an amount of 10 times of the amount of Agaricus blazei Murill mycelium to the Agaricus blazei Murill mycelium and extracting with hot water under boiling while stirring at 100°C for 2 hours, an extract was obtained. The extract was concentrated to 1/10 under reduced pressure, subsequently cooled and centrifuged it to obtain a supernatant. The supernatant is added with an equal amount of 99% ethyl alcohol to generate precipitation, from which precipitate is centrifuged to lyophilized, resulting in an antitumor agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
