To achieve complete anonymity of a user and eliminate the need for communication between a service provider and a third party.SOLUTION: A communication terminal 1 generates an encryption identifier and an encryption password, and transmits transaction information, the encryption identifier, an encryption password, and attribute information to a service providing server 2. The service providing server 2 transmits the encryption identifier, the encryption password, and the attribute information to an authorization server 4-n. The authorization server 4-n transmits the encrypted identifier, the encryption password, and the attribute information to a third party organization server 3. The third party organization server 3 decrypts the encryption identifier, obtains a common key associated with a registered identifier that matches the decryption identifier, decrypts the encryption password to obtain the decryption password, and transmits personal information corresponding to the attribute information to the authorization server 4-n when the registered password matches the decryption password. The authorization agency server 4-n executes the transaction by using the personal information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
