To appropriately manage and use biological information, and suitably manage a benefit arrangement among interested parties related to provision and use of the biological information.SOLUTION: A biological information utilization management system 100 includes: a storage device 101 which stores biological information and information on a sensor; and an arithmetic device 104 which executes: a step of calculating a sensor unit price by multiplying an amount of the biological information by a predetermined symptom unit price for each type of the biological information; a step of calculating an operation price by applying a predetermined factor for each suitability of observation time to the sensor unit price; and a step of calculating data use fees by applying the predetermined factor about the observation time and the predetermined factor according to the population scale of the biological information, to a value obtained by multiplying the biological information amount by the symptom unit price of the biological information which becomes an object to be used, related to the user of the biological information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
