To allow financial institutions, fund consumers, investors, etc., to widely utilize information associated with CF items which are not approved yet or unapproved.SOLUTION: A business property evaluation support device comprises: a storage part; a management part which receives and registers, in a storage part, crowdfunding item information, related to a crowdfunding item provided by a crowdfunding enterprise device; an acquisition part which acquires investment information for the crowdfunding item from the crowdfunding enterprise device; and a generation part which analyzes, for the crowdfunding item that a financial institution device selects, uses predetermined algorithm to analyze business plan information and budget consumer information included in the crowdfunding item information, and current state information representing attribute information and an investment state of an investor included in the investment information, and thus generates and supplies business property assessment information to the financial institution device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
