摘要

To make it possible to determine whether or not a power supply unit of an electric device is deteriorated and to evaluate a deterioration degree of the power supply unit of the electric device without the need for turning off or removing the electric device in a normal operation state.SOLUTION: Time-series data of a current value or a voltage value on a power supply line 4 when the electric apparatus 3 is in a normal operation state is acquired. Based on the time-series data, a combination of a frequency of a waveform component included in the time-series data and an attenuation factor is calculated as a feature amount for each predetermined time interval of the time-series data. A feature amount satisfying a predetermined extraction condition is extracted out of the calculated feature amounts. Based on the extracted characteristic amount, it is determined whether or not the power supply unit of the electric apparatus 3 is deteriorated. On the basis of the extracted characteristic amount, the deterioration degree of the power supply unit of the electric device 3 is evaluated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
