To provide a workflow scheduling system, a workflow scheduling method and an electronic apparatus that obtain high throughput in short processing completion time.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a workflow scheduling system schedules execution order of tasks when a plurality of pieces of workflow each including one or more tasks are processed in parallel by one or more computing units including a plurality of computer resources. The workflow scheduling system comprises control means that controls such that the number of pieces of workflow, in which the tasks are simultaneously executed, is limited to a first number less than or equal to the number of a plurality of computing units, for each task group being a set of one or more tasks included in the one or more pieces of workflow of the plurality of pieces of workflow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
