PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable waste treatment agent and a vegetable waste treatment method capable of suppressing bad odor occurrence and decomposing a vegetable waste at a short time, and an isolation method of genus Raoultella microbes.;SOLUTION: There is provided a vegetable waste treatment agent including genus Raoultella microbes. There is also provided a vegetable waste treatment method comprising an administration step for administering the vegetable waste treatment agent to a vegetable waste, and a decomposition step for decomposing the vegetable waste to which the vegetable waste treatment agent has been administered, by genus Raoultella microbes. There is also provided an isolation method of genus Raoultella microbes comprising a bacterial flora acquisition step for acquiring a bacterial flora from body of an earthworm which eats the vegetable waste, a vegetable culture step for vaccinating the bacterial flora to a liquid medium into which vegetable is put for culturing the liquid medium, a colony formation step for forming a colony by culturing the cultured liquid medium on a flat medium, and a separated strain acquisition step for acquiring a separated strain from the colony.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
