A device serving to support a plate for the tests, the care, the rest, the continuous monitoring, the transport of any individual patient, including the blind, hearing or deficient physical. A great flexibility and a high level, the device also makes it possible: the mobile transfer manual or motorized, the mobile transfer automated at a distance, the transfer of the patient of a plate to another support, without direct handling of the patient by the nursing staff. It is in the form of a ring of vertical rectangular with rounded angles or not (1) and comprises on its perimeter of the various housing units, in particular on the large upper horizontal segment, a primary housing (6), on the small vertical segments, the casings units (7) and (8). The housing (6) comprises a lighting (9), the loudspeakers (10) and a video camera (11). The housings (7) are adapted to receive the secondary boxes (17) for fixing and the vertical mobility of a plate technique (18). The casing (8) is adapted to the installation of screens (19) and (20). The device according to the invention is particularly adapted for the care of institutes, but also to the examination, care, at rest, the physical readjustments and transport of patients in a hospital environment.
