This assembly comprises: - a central block (1) of rectangular shape, designed to form a bearing for access to two habitation and having two transverse walls (6) on two opposite sides, in which are formed openings of the doors (7) ; - two lateral blocks of a building (2), of parallelepipedal shape and of the same cross-section as the central block (1), each of which has the open ends on two opposite sides, each lateral block of a building (2) is intended to be connected to the central block (1) by one end. - two frontage elements (3) intended to be assembled to the ends of the lateral blocks of a building (2) is not connected to the central block (1), in order to close the spaces delimited by these lateral blocks of a building (2).
