The invention relates to a method for estimating a vehicle dynamics of a vehicle. The method comprises four steps (S1 to S4). In each step (S1 to S4), a parameter set (105 to 405) is determined by adaptation of a system model (102 to 402) by means of an estimation filter (101 to 401). At least one system model (202 to 402) is parameterized with a parameter of a parameter set (105 to 305), which was determined in a preceding step (S1 to S3).
