A dietary supplement, in the form of a spray, is described for application to the human sublingual membrane for the purpose of filling vitamin deficiencies which contains at least one vitamin dissolved in a solvent and at least one natural flavor. This dietary supplement having a galenic form of spray to be applied to the human sublingual membrane makes it possible to remedy the main disadvantages presented by the other known conventional administration routes, namely: poor absorption, decreased efficacy and alteration. active ingredients during passage into the digestive system when taking tablets or sachets especially in people with an ineffective digestive system, the need for water for taking tablets or sachets or difficulties in swallowing tablets in some people like children. Such a dietary supplement may contain, by weight, from 35 to 85% of water, from 0.01 to 0.5% of vitamin A, from 0.01 to 2% of vitamin B1, from 0.01 to 2% of vitamin B2, 0.01 to 5% vitamin B3, 0.01 to 5% vitamin B5, 0.01 to 2% vitamin B6, 0.001 to 1% vitamin B9, 0.0001 to 1% vitamin B12, 0.05 to 7% vitamin C, 0.0001 to 1% vitamin D3, 0.0001 to 1% vitamin H, 0.0001 to 1% vitamin K1 and from 0.01 to 2% of natural flavor.
