In the lower part of the cornea implant segment with an arc length of 90°, a segment with an arc length of 120° is implanted in the upper part of the cornea.;EFFECT: method allows you to achieve a high visual acuity without correction or with a tolerated spectacle correction due to the most correct, topographically oriented selection of height and arc length of implanted intrastromal corneal segments.;1 cl, 3 ex, 8 dwg
