FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method of non-invasive diagnosis of the state and organization of intracellular chromatin in the GV-oocyte of mammals. Pick up of a nucleoliform corpuscle in the germinal vesicle of the oocyte, which is in the initial stage of development, is carried out with an optical tweezer. Displacement and deformation of the nucleoliform corpuscle is carried out inside the cell. In the case of displacement of the nucleoliform corpuscle center, the oocyte is assigned to the NSN type.
