FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to restorative medicine, manual therapy, osteopathy. To evaluate the effectiveness of the myofascial release technique (MFR), computer encephalography (qEEG) is continuously recorded. Electrodes are mounted according to scheme 10x20 and continuous qEEG is recorded in the process of neutral contact execution, and then in the process of the MIS technique implementation, comparing the recorded qEEG sections. Quantitative and structural changes in the nature of statistical interactions of biopotentials are used to assess the efficiency of performing the MFR equipment. Increase in the number of interhemispheric interactions of biopotentials with predominantly front-ocicipital direction of EEG processes is considered to be an indicator of high efficiency of performing MFR equipment. Increase in the number of statistical interrelationships of biopotentials with a focal point in temporal leads is considered to be an indicator of insufficient depth of action comparable to a neutral touch, and low efficiency of performing MFR technique.EFFECT: method provides an objective, reliable and highly informative assessment of the effectiveness of performing equipment MFR with monitoring the patient's state directly in the process of performing the therapeutic procedure and selecting equipment.1 cl, 2 dwg, 3 ex
