The present invention relates to a data acquisition (DAQ) system for weather observation. Specifically, the present invention relates to a DAQ system for receiving an analog signal (sensor value) or a digital signal (sensor value) from a sensor group composed of sensors measuring various types of information for weather observation, collecting the received signals in a main board to store the same, and transmitting the final data to a server or collecting terminal of a manager. In addition, the DAQ system for weather observation can connect a plurality of analog boards and digital boards to one main board using a CAN communication method to perform one-to-many communication, and can expand a board later by simply connecting a cable without changing the existing hardware even if a board with a new function is expanded. Furthermore, the DAQ system for weather observation enables a main board OS watchdog to determine a disturbance of a treatment communication process and to autonomously reset a communication module in order to solve inconvenience of recovering a disturbance by calling to a scene.
