The present invention relates to a synthetic composition for a guardrail part which prevents the guardrail part from being damaged by sunlight, rainfall, snowfall, and external impacts even after a long period of time, and a method for manufacturing a guardrail part using the same. The composition of the present invention comprises: 80 parts by weight of ABS resin powder; 2.5 parts by weight of a red color pigment; 2.5 parts by weigh of carbon powder; 5 parts by weight of impact resistant powder; 5 parts by weight of an acrylic chip; 5 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer; and 2 parts by weight of a coating agent.
