The present invention provides a mechanism of: opening or joining an interest community to exchange interests with others having a common interest; opening or joining a school community for teacher′s understanding of students, management convenience, and efficient communication; managing whether interest file information of each student is registered or not in the opened interest community to build an interest portfolio of students; managing whether school file information of each student is registered or not in the opened school community to build a school portfolio of students; and providing feedbacks of the interest file information and the school file information for a teacher terminal by a request of a student terminal or a preset periodic request. By the above, the present invention is beneficial for education or career by reflecting an interest file and a school file on a student record.
